We understand life happens and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cancelled flights: Please let us know as soon as possible to either reschedule your airport ride or provide you with a voucher redeemable for up to one year (12 months) from date of issue.

Delayed flights: You can choose to keep your scheduled ride or choose a later ride, however, this will be based on availability. 

Yes, pets are allowed. If you will be traveling with pets please let us know in advance so we can ensure there’s space available for you and your furry friend.

*There will be a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00 for any mishaps* Any other issues will be billed to the customer separately.

If your pet is not a good traveler, we ask that keep them in their cage or muzzled so it does not disrupt the trip.

We accept all types of credit card payments. We will send you a secured link either via text or email for your secure payment. 

We ask that you let us know in advance if you are PCSing or traveling on military orders to ensure we have adequate space for your luggage and/or pets.

A maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage with a maximum of 50 lbs each per person is allowed.  Additional fees will be charged for extra luggage.

One (1) carry-on bag will be allowed per customer. Please ensure the carry-on bag is held on the customer’s lap or placed on the floor between the customer’s feet.

Non-Military:
Notified us via email or text for your pick-up location in advanced.

Airport:
Denver International Airport: Level 5, Island 2 on the Jeppessen Terminal (East or West Terminal depending on your airline) where all ground transportation is located like Uber and Lyft.

Military:

Person with Disability:
Unfortunately, we are not equipped with drive-on ramps for persons with mobility issues. We truly apologize in advance. 

Pick-ups and drop-offs can be arranged for all members visiting their Cadets either at the Academy or nearby.
